Productions may cancel their Booking more than 7 days before the event start time for a full refund of their Booking Price, including cleaning fees. Cancellations between 7 days and 1 day before the event start time receive a 50% refund of the booking price plus a full refund of cleaning fees. Cancellations less than 1 day before the event start time receive a refund of cleaning fees only. Cancellations at or after the event start time are not refundable.
